A tough weekend results-wise, but for sure a weekend that all the boys can take great pride in their performances from. Their team attitude and spirit was exemplary in the face of adversity.
This year, the Northants 14U Girls Team qualified for the National Qualifying, earning a spot in the prestigious Group 1B hosted in Lymm. With high-level opposition ahead, the girls were ready to embrace the challenge.
This was an excellent weekend of very competitive tennis with numerous close matches often against much higher ranked opposition

The Northants boys team was made up of Freddie A, Clement, Leo, Alfie, Freddie M and Tiernan. All making the county proud with their outstanding effort, competitiveness and team spirit.
Sunday we took part in the Inter County Mini Red Team Event at Hills Road Cambridge. 10 counties compete over the day in two groups of 5 and then play off matches, so a lot of tennis for the girls.
